  Tried out a new face oil last night. During the night my forehead became really sore and this morning my whole face was swollen. Luckily I found Lagoon Medical Centre was open on a Sunday. Was able to get an appointment with Dr Ram who was extremely thorough, polite and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed a severe allergic reaction to the facial oil.
  Thank goodness for Lagoon Medical Centre. Thanks also to the lovely receptionist who was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

  I have been a patient of Dr. Charles for several years now, and I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care and attention that I have received from him. From the moment I walk into the clinic, I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor from the reception staff, which sets the tone for the entire visit.
  
  Dr. Charles is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions. He is thorough in his examination and explanation of any medical issues I may have, and I always leave his office feeling reassured and well-informed about my health.
  
  What sets Dr. Charles apart, in my opinion, is his ability to truly connect with his patients. He has a compassionate and empathetic approach to medicine, which puts me at ease and makes me feel like I am in good hands. He genuinely cares about my well-being and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am receiving the best possible care.
  
  Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Charles enough. He is an outstanding GP who has helped me to maintain good health and quality of life, and I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

  I went to this medical centre and the doctor I saw (Dr. Meribole) made me feel not only uncomfortable but did not treat me as an actual patient. My issues were unaddressed and considered meaningless. I will never return to this medical centre. Multiple women I have spoken to have said the same thing, they were treated as young girls who don’t know what they are talking about.

  Today my family visited the practice to receive our flu shots. My 5 year old daughter was very distressed and was making a lot of noise in anticipation to receiving her injection. The nurse who looked after us was absolutely amazing. So professional, calm, patient and reassuring. I felt embarrassed about the scene we were causing but she did everything to reassure me and help me get through the experience. All of my children were given praise and support plus a treat at the end. I don’t know how I could have made it through without her wonderful care.

  The doctors here are excellent, how ever some of there reception staff could do with lessons in appropriate language and the proper way to speak on the phone. What!! What was that!!!! And she completely ignored me on my arrival. The lovely young receptionist ended up looking after me. I'm guessing this new one won't last to long.
